View Full Version : Calendar Shop - Will no.3 Bestseller this year!
Went into local (Chichester) calendar shop this morning - they had everything half price. On one wall they had the bestsellers displayed - Will was Number 3. Only a few Will (Official) calendars left. I asked if that was just from sales in Chichester, but was told that was the nationwide bestsellers 'chart', so hopefully that means his calendar is being prominently displayed at no. 3 in every calendar store throughout the country! Just as well they stocked enough this year - must have sold really well, especially with so much competition. More good publicity during January.

Robbie's number one date
Popular pin-up ... Robbie Williams
ROBBIE Williams is king of the calendar charts — but David Beckham has failed to make the top ten for the first time.
The England skipper’s 2006 calendar managed only 11th place.
Robbie’s was Britain’s best seller, followed by TV’s Little Britain while Manchester United and Arsenal tied for third.
The full top ten is: 1 Robbie Williams, 2 Little Britain, 3 Manchester United/Arsenal, 5 Liverpool/Chelsea, 7 Kylie, 8 Sir Cliff Richard, 9 The Simpsons, 10 McFly.
The chart was compiled from sales by the nation’s top ten retailers.
Sorry but I found this - Sun Online - No Will :happycry:

This is based on the Danilo calendars though, that's why there were not many shops selling Will this year, as most of the big stores order from Danilo.

Thanks suggy_and_will - not fair :-)

Knew there had to be a logical reason for Will not beating Robbie!! ;-)

This year is the first year I've actually seen Will calendars on sale in the shops. In the past either I've been given one or I've had to order from the net.

Half price already?? That's interesting - I always buy my calendars in the New Year, cos they are half price!!!
I did buy an "unofficial" off the net, but I will be buying an official one next week. I had no trouble getting it in the high street last year, and the nearest Calendar Shop to me, always seem to have Will, well they did before Xmas!!
